Arnhem Stadsblokken (Europan 01)
Along the river banks of the Rhine, that runs through Arnhem, there is a piece of waste land, the Stadsblokken, which has been allowed to run wild. The disused peninsula is the link which will have to connect both town districts on either side of the river with a huge housing programme.
