Emmen Baander-Zuid (Europan 04)

On the competition site, in the transition area between the centre and the outskirts of Emmen, three schools are situated, which will be moved, after which the buildings will be demolished to make space for a programme of housing. The area, which is physically clearly bordered, will have to include green public space.
